Всё понятно ты объясняешь :) Значит, без полей будем делать!
Это просто как вариации заголовков, расположения меню и сайдбара, мелких картинок в заголовке каждого поста или под ним итп. Проще это на примерах смотреть, а не словами объяснять ;)
